Russell Harrell

Russell is a seasoned executive with a track record of success across the entire spectrum of marketing, from strategy development to tactical execution. His client engagements represent a broad spectrum of many industries, including financial services, travel and transportation, healthcare, retail and consumer services. He has deep experience in product marketing and related strategies, all with a distinct focus on revenue growth. Russell previously led U.S. marketing for WorldPay, a global electronic payments processor and a former division of The Royal Bank of Scotland, where his leadership and innovative programs grew top-line revenue by 10-12% each year. Before WorldPay, Russell was an integral member of the direct-to-consumer business at Equifax, and launched the market-leading ecommerce site for consumers to obtain their personal credit report, scores and monitoring services. He also created an insights and intelligence function there that grew to an integral enterprise discipline, which enabled Equifax to more effectively gauge market demand and performance of a broad portfolio of products and services. Early in his career, Russell held a variety of marketing roles at Delta Air Lines, and most notably, he led the team that launched Delta.com to provide online reservations, self-service seat assignments and a variety of online account management features.  Russell earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia, and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University.

Ken Boyle

Ken Boyle, is an Investment Professional of Prairie Oak Capital LLC, where he focuses on manufacturing, clean technology, and technology sectors, and has a successful track record of investing in a broad range of industries. In addition to investment strategy, Ken is responsible for business development, portfolio management activities, firm marketing, and investor relations. Previously, he served as Vice President and General Manager of eBusiness at the Maytag Corporation, where he led its global eBusiness unit, which explores and develops e-commerce opportunities and Web enabled business models that support profitable growth across Maytag`s business units, and was responsible for all eBusiness efforts at the corporate level as well as business and brand specific activities at the operating unit level, inclusive of partnerships and strategy development. Prior to Maytag, Ken served as a Director of Business Development at iXL, where he was responsible for developing long-term, strategic relationships with Global 2000 companies and assisting them with consulting services to transform their traditional business models by leveraging Internet technology. Ken began his career with Delta Air Lines, and his ten-year career with Delta included management positions in sales and marketing and founding Delta`s e-commerce department. While there he led the development and implementation of initiatives to drive sales via the Internet, Internet-connected kiosks, smart card programs and other digital avenues. He has also held general management, marketing and corporate development executive leadership positions at Fisher Scientific, Maytag, iXL and Delta Air Lines. He served as a Director of Stitch Networks Corporation. He served as a Director of USA Technologies Inc. from May 2002 to June 2003. Mr. Boyle participated as a Board Observor with ServiceMagic.com. He is also on the Board of Recovery Technology Solutions and supports International Titanium Powder as a Board Observer. Mr. Boyle received his Executive M.B.A. from the University of Iowa and his B.S. degree from the West Georgia University.
