Lessons Learned From Role Models
Some members named people they admire from afar, including well-known thought leaders like Charles Schwab, Malcolm Gladwell, and Bill Gates. Others drew on colleagues, previous supervisors, family members, or even groups they are a part of. The wisdom imparted by these role models was, almost without exception, about attitude and outlook.
